By accessing or using TechBenchPro (https://www.techbenchpro.com), including any of our tools, calculators, blog content, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website. Creating an account or using any tool constitutes acceptance of these terms.

TechBenchPro provides online PC building and gaming performance tools, including:

We also publish blog articles, hardware guides, benchmark analysis, and build recommendations for educational and informational purposes.

A free account is required to use the PC Builder (and to save or share your work); the FPS Calculator, PSU Calculator, GPU Compare, CPU Compare, Power Cost Calculator, and Thermal Estimator are free to use without an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or remain inactive for extended periods.

All calculators and tools on TechBenchPro provide estimates and approximations only. Specifically:

• FPS predictions are based on aggregated public benchmark data and mathematical models. Actual in-game performance varies significantly depending on driver versions, game patches, background processes, cooling solutions, overclocking, RAM speed and timings, and other system-specific factors.
• PSU wattage recommendations include safety margins for transient power spikes. Actual power draw depends on workload intensity, overclocking, and specific component variants. Always verify with manufacturer specifications.
• Compatibility checks in the PC Builder are based on known hardware specifications. Physical compatibility (GPU clearance, cooler height, case dimensions) and BIOS version requirements should always be verified independently before purchasing components.
• Hardware recommendations reflect price-to-performance analysis at the time of writing and may not reflect current market conditions.

TechBenchPro does not guarantee the accuracy of any tool output. Users should cross-reference results with manufacturer specifications and professional hardware reviews before making purchasing decisions.

Four of our five tools (FPS Calculator, GPU Compare, PSU Calculator, CPU Compare) are free to use with a registered account, with no usage limits.

The PC Builder tool offers 3 free builds per account. Continued use beyond that requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime) provide unlimited PC Builder access along with additional features such as performance estimates, build sharing, and unlimited saved builds.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay (for INR transactions) and Stripe (for USD transactions). By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee at the time of purchase.
• Monthly and annual plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time payment granting permanent access.
• Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase if the service was not used. Contact us at [email protected] for refund inquiries.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are set dynamically by TechBenchPro administration and may be updated. Current pricing is always displayed on our Pricing page.

All content on TechBenchPro, including but not limited to tool designs, calculator algorithms, blog articles, graphics, logos, and user interface elements, is owned by TechBenchPro or its content creators and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

When you create and share PC builds through our platform, you grant TechBenchPro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that shared build publicly via share links. You retain ownership of your build configurations. Shared builds may be accessed by anyone with the share link.

Some product links on TechBenchPro are affiliate links. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. All tools, content, and services on TechBenchPro are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TechBenchPro, its owner, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our tools or reliance on our content.
