TechBenchPro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.

Our Original Content

All original content on TechBenchPro is owned by TechBenchPro or its content creators, including but not limited to:

  • Tool designs and interfaces — The UI/UX design of our FPS Calculator, GPU Compare, PSU Calculator, CPU Compare, and PC Builder tools.
  • Calculator algorithms — The proprietary normalization and scaling algorithms used to generate performance estimates.
  • Blog content — All articles, guides, reviews, and analysis written by our editorial team.
  • Graphics and branding — The TechBenchPro logo, icons, illustrations, and visual design elements.
  • Database compilations — Our curated and normalized hardware specification and benchmark databases.

This content is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without prior written consent from TechBenchPro.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on TechBenchPro infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.

Identification of the infringing material

The specific URL(s) on TechBenchPro where the allegedly infringing material is located. Be as specific as possible to help us locate the content quickly.

Your contact information

Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

Good faith statement

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Accuracy and perjury statement

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We will review and respond to properly formatted DMCA notices within 5 business days. Incomplete notices may not receive a response.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

TechBenchPro maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. If a user receives multiple valid DMCA complaints, their account may be permanently terminated without prior notice.

User-Generated Content

Users can share PC build configurations through our platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they submit does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. By sharing a build, users confirm they have the right to share that information. TechBenchPro is not liable for user-generated content that infringes third-party copyrights.

Trademark Notices

NVIDIA, GeForce, RTX, GTX, and DLSS are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation. AMD, Radeon, Ryzen, and FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) are trademarks of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Intel, Core, and Arc are trademarks of Intel Corporation. All other product names, logos, and brands mentioned on TechBenchPro are property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Fair Use

TechBenchPro uses hardware specifications, benchmark data, and product information for the purpose of editorial commentary, comparison, and consumer guidance. We believe this use constitutes fair use under applicable copyright law, as it is transformative, educational, and does not serve as a market substitute for the original works. Product images, where used, are sourced from manufacturer press materials or are used under fair use for review and comparison purposes.
